Your right to withdraw
You may withdraw from a subscription contract or a lifetime licence purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the contract was concluded: for a subscription, the day of the first charge, and for a licence, the day of payment.
How to withdraw
The easiest way is in the app: in Settings, under Subscription, choose "Withdraw from contract", enter your name and email and confirm. We email you a confirmation of receipt straight away.
You can also send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing, by email or by post, to the address under "Who we are". You may use the form below for this, but you do not have to.
You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the 14 days are over.
What happens when you withdraw
We refund everything you paid under that contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement. We refund you using the same means of payment you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise, and the refund costs you nothing.
The subscription or licence ends immediately. If you have no other plan, your account moves to the free plan. Your data is kept.
